Northern Expressions Arts Collective (NEAC) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to
improving our communities using the arts as a primary teaching platform. NEAC promotes
family friendly entertainment, artist development, and community service projects. It is our
desire for every community to have a thriving arts program to feed local community
involvement while we train up the next generation of leaders.
